About Clear Sky Adult Family Home
A DSHS licensed adult family home in Lynnwood, WA — where compassionate care feels like home.
Our Care Philosophy
Three principles guide everything we do at Clear Sky.
Home Over Facility
A real home — not a clinical environment. We prioritize comfort, familiarity, and warmth in every detail of daily life.
Person-Centered Care
Every care plan is tailored to the individual. We take time to learn each resident's preferences, routines, and needs.
Family Partnership
We treat families as partners. Open communication, regular updates, and involvement in care decisions are the norm — not the exception.
The Facility
Our home in Lynnwood, Snohomish County is licensed for up to 8 residents — a size chosen deliberately. Smaller homes mean fewer faces, more consistency, and care that doesn't get lost in a crowd.
Residents enjoy private and semi-private rooms, common living areas with natural light, a home-cooked meal program, and access to outdoor spaces when appropriate. The home is designed to feel like exactly what it is — a house, not a ward.
Live-in caregivers ensure that someone who knows each resident is always present. This consistency builds trust and allows subtle changes in a resident's condition to be noticed and acted upon quickly.
