24/7 Personal Care
Around-the-clock assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
Comprehensive, personalized services in a warm, residential setting — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
At Clear Sky Adult Family Home, our services are built around the individual needs of each resident. We do not offer a one-size-fits-all program — instead, our care team works with residents, families, and DSHS case managers to develop a care plan that reflects each person's unique requirements.

We believe case managers and families deserve clear, factual information. Clear Sky Adult Family Home is a residential adult family home — not a skilled nursing facility or hospital. The following services are outside our scope:
If you are unsure whether we can meet a specific resident's needs, please call us directly. We will give you an honest answer — and if we're not the right fit, we'll help point you toward the appropriate level of care.
We work directly and proactively with DSHS case managers, in-home service providers, physicians, pharmacists, and hospice teams as needed. Our goal is to be a reliable, transparent partner in each resident's broader care network — not a siloed provider.
We welcome provider visits to our home and maintain clear records of each resident's care plan and medical history in accordance with WA state regulations.
Our team can answer specific questions about care levels, resident eligibility, and availability.
